Claude Yow
President of Yow Properties
After receiving an honorable discharge from the United States Navy and serving in the Korean Conflict, Claude relocated from North Carolina to Tennessee. He married his wife Frances in 1959. Together they built a multi-chain of beauty supply stores. Sally Beauty Supply later acquired the chain. In 1984, he obtained his real estate license and started a 21st Century Real Estate agency. He then began focusing on building a real estate portfolio. Claude continues to consults with Yow Properties but is semi-retired. He uses his leisure time to work in his muscadine vineyard.
Avery Yow
President of Knox Development, Leasing, and Construction, Vice President of Yow Properties
Avery is a University of Tennessee alumnus. He graduated in 1989 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He is a licensed contractor (BC) and has obtained a Level I TNEPSC certification. In 1988, Avery began working with Yow Properties in construction management, then later expanding into leasing and maintenance. Throughout the 1990s, he served as Operations Director to four hotels and was on the Board of Directors with Choice Hotels, Region 7. He has over thirty years of experience with commercial leasing, maintenance, and property development.
Bryan Yow
Comptroller
Bryan is a University of Tennessee alumnus. He graduated in 1985 with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He began his career in finance as a bank/credit union auditor for a period of five years. He then decided to leave his career as an auditor and join Yow Properties. He has been the financial representative at Yow Properties for over 30 years.
Gary Yow
Leasing Agent
Gary brings experience to Yow Properties as a realtor. His past experiences include working as a realtor with Century 21 and hotel management during the 1990s. He has an Associates Degree in Business Administration from Draughon's Business College. He has over twenty years of commercial leasing experience. Gary has achieved these obstacles after undergoing a major brain operation in 1982.
